Hi, I’m Haley (she/her) !

I am constantly humbled by the beauty I find in those around me. I believe there is inherent worth and value in all beings, even when our shame-filled society tries to tell us otherwise.

I was the weird kid in school who always wore stretchy pants while everyone else was in skinny jeans. For much of my life, I felt like I couldn’t quite fit in anywhere. I was either too much or not enough, and it led to me often isolating and dimming my own shine because I thought something must be wrong with me. Maybe you’ve felt similarly. I’m here to tell you that you are absolutely, unequivocally enough. I want to celebrate you, just as you are; I want to see you shine!

As a therapist, my passion is in supporting folks who look or think or do things outside of the expected norm. You might be a person in a larger body navigating fat acceptance or how to talk to your family about a Health at Every Size perspective. Or maybe you want support on how to reject diet culture. You could be a queer and kinky person figuring out how to have conversations with play partners, or maybe you want to process a newly discovered fetish with someone who won’t judge you. You may be seeking a space where your chronic pain is validated or space where it’s safe to disclose about your experience as a sex worker. Maybe you have a recent health diagnosis, and you want to talk about the feelings of grief and loss coming up around this new transition.

These are just a handful of many examples, and certainly, your life may be entirely different than any of what I mentioned above. Regardless of what your experience looks like, I am here to provide compassionate care for all of my clients. Imagine a space where you are given permission to come in as your whole self without needing to apologize or edit or make yourself smaller. In this space, nothing is too big or too much; you are whole-heartedly welcomed. I prioritize your healing and your access to acceptance and pleasure, and rest. It is truly an honor to get to support you.

A little more about me outside of the therapy room: I am known for my exuberant laugh and my sparkly eyeshadow. I cry whenever I hear someone sing because I’m a total sucker for heartfelt expression. I spend many hours getting lost in elaborate daydreams or making floral bouquets. I’m completely in love with my adorable tuxedo cat and my sweet best friends. And just in case you are craving extra confirmation of my qualifications: I’m pleased to tell you that I was the top contributor on the “Singles & Dating” section of Yahoo Answers at age 12!
